Are you ready to play a vital role in supporting early years education? As a Business Support Administrator, you will assist the Early Years Inclusion Funding panel process, helping to provide funding for children 9 months plus. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be at the heart of our community support efforts. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

In this role, you will:

Process applications for funding with precision and care.
Facilitate panel meetings by coordinating schedules and arranging necessary documentation.
Take detailed notes during meetings to ensure accurate records.
Respond to enquiries from the public and service colleagues with professionalism.
Process payments efficiently and update databases and systems regularly.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Experience using IT systems to manage data effectively.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to manage multiple demands while working to statutory deadlines.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
