About our Nursery
Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Braintree Galleys Corner, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 100 children. Our secure entry system and large, spacious rooms create a safe and welcoming environment for children to thrive. Our longstanding senior team is passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential and works closely with local schools to ensure smooth transitions. We also promote the local children's center and library, enriching our community ties. Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
