Full job description

About the role

We are looking for a Managed Services & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of our managed services offering, including the storage, configuration, fulfilment, and ongoing support of mobile devices and IT equipment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring devices are deployed, managed, and supported throughout their lifecycle, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end managed services for customer devices
Pre-stage and configure devices to customer specifications
Manage device lifecycle activities (deployments, replacements, upgrades, leavers)
Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse and 3PL partners
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate asset tracking
Handle returns, warranty claims, and repairs
Act as a point of contact for customer support requests
Ensure all service requests are completed within SLA
Identify and suggest process improvements

Support device enrolment using:

Microsoft Intune
Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Android Zero-Touch
Samsung Knox

Requirements

Essential:

Experience in operations, logistics, fulfilment, or customer service
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills

Desirable:

Experience with device management platforms (Intune, ABM, Knox, Zero-Touch)
Warehouse or 3PL experience
Understanding of device lifecycle or managed services
