Wedding & Events Coordinator (Part-Time)

Mobile Wedding Catering & Bar Business

We are a growing mobile bar and catering company specialising in weddings and private events, with over 70 weddings booked this year alone.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organised, friendly Wedding & Events Coordinator to help manage the catering side of weddings from the planning stage through to the big day.

We work closely with a local partner wedding venue where around 90% of our weddings take place, so the majority of the role will be based there coordinating the catering side of the weddings.

At least one admin day per week will be spent working alongside the business owner at Leominster Golf Club (HR6 0LE), which is the base for our mobile catering.

This role would suit someone with experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or client coordination who enjoys working with couples and seeing weddings come together from start to finish.

Hours

Core hours: 15 hours per week year-round
Peak season (April–October): up to 30–35 hours per week
Hours vary depending on the wedding calendar
One admin day per week based at Leominster Golf Club (HR6 0LE)
Opportunity for some admin hours from home once settled in the role

Weekend Availability

You will be expected to work either Saturday or Sunday when a wedding or tasting is scheduled
If there are no weddings or tastings booked, weekends are free

During quieter months there will also be opportunities to increase hours in other areas of the business, which can be discussed at interview.

Key Responsibilities

Managing allocated weddings from booking through to the event day
Acting as the main point of contact for couples
Managing wedding admin including menus, guest numbers, timelines and event details
Creating and maintaining detailed event timelines
Liaising with suppliers and our partner venue
Supporting and coordinating weddings on the day
Ensuring events run smoothly and resolving any issues that arise
Keeping internal systems, documents and planning tools up to date

About You

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple events
Confident communicating with couples, suppliers and teams
Calm and solutions-focused during live events
Experience in weddings, hospitality, events or customer-facing coordination
Comfortable working flexible hours and weekends during peak season
A genuine interest in weddings and delivering great guest experiences

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Experience:

Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
