Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in our beautiful shop ‘EP BARBERSHOP’ based in heart of Ludlow.This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within the beauty and grooming industry, providing exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will be passionate about hair styling and customer service, with a friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in barbering,fading,shaving. This paid position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in a dynamic environment that values professionalism and creativity.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English
Good organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain cleanliness of the workspace
A professional attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
