Your role

The Inside Sales Representative’s core mission is to own the end-to-end sales cycle for a specific customer base and incoming enquires ensuring they deliver double-digit organic revenue growth—turning inbound demand and leads into quotes and invoiced orders.

You will

Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels to identify customer needs and uncover revenue generating cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Increase revenue by effectively managing leads through the full cycle—qualification, conversion, quotation, negotiation, quote-conversion, and closure.
Execute and register in CRM the full sales cycle stages, from lead creation through order invoiced. Providing relevant feedback at each stage.
Master pricing tools to maintain a sustainable and profitable sales pipeline.
Support customers in Atlas Copco’s customer-facing applications (Webshop, Parts on Line, Fleetlink, Power Connect)
Support Field Sales by preparing quotes for spare parts and accessories.
Flag and raise tickets when customer contact, pricing, stock or installed base data issues are identified.
Develop and execute an annual sales plan to achieve the objectives.
