Are you a natural-born host with a cracking smile and a passion for brilliant hospitality?

We are on the hunt for a fantastic Restaurant Manager to be the welcoming, energetic face of CSONS! At the absolute heart of this role is making sure service runs like clockwork and that every single guest leaves having had a genuinely smashing time. You’ll be the driving force behind our incredible team—leading, motivating, and training them to deliver top-notch service with absolute flair.

This isn't a sit-in-the-office kind of gig; it’s a role for a true all-rounder. One minute you might be charming the regulars, and the next, rolling up your sleeves to muck in on the bar or even give wash up a quick push. You'll also be tackling the vital behind-the-scenes magic. From sorting the weekly rotas and managing maintenance to cashing up at the end of a busy shift, you'll be keeping the gears turning effortlessly.

- Tips fully shared across the whole team through a TRONC system based on hours worked – can be up to £1.90 extra per hour! As a full timer you can expect around £4k on top of your normal salary.

- Profit share – After your first six months with us you will be eligible for our profit share bonus scheme. Every year you stay with us you’ll take a bigger share, so you can grow with us! *Peaks at five years. Long serving full timers have received up to £1500.

- 29 days Holiday – Coz we give you an extra one on your Birthday! *(includes bank holidays, pro rata based on hours worked)

- A meal for 2 with a bottle of bubbles on us to celebrate your Birthday. *At one of our restaurants obviously!

- 30% off your total bill once a month * Valid as long as you’re part of the group (up to six people).
