We are a small but ambitious multi-outlet hospitality business with big plans for growth. We are looking for motivated Commis Chefs who want to learn, develop, and grow with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their culinary career who wants real hands-on experience in a busy, evolving kitchen environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting senior chefs with food preparation and service
Learning multiple sections across the kitchen
Preparing ingredients and basic dishes to specification
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and organisation
Supporting smooth service during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

Passion for food and hospitality
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage
