About the Role

As General Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing sales team, including Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues. Through effective coaching, leadership and customer engagement, you will create a culture focused on delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for:

Driving new and used motorcycle sales performance
Leading, motivating and developing your team to achieve ambitious targets
Managing the sales process and ensuring a first-class customer journey
Maximising profitability through the sale of finance and associated products
Delivering successful sales campaigns and promotional activity
Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, integrity and customer care
Creating an environment where customers return and recommend us with confidence

About You

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results within the motor retail industry.

You will be able to demonstrate:

Strong leadership and people management skills
A history of driving sales growth, profitability and operational performance
The ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A customer-first approach and commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
