We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can take full ownership of operational performance across key business functions. This is not a purely administrative role—you will be responsible for shaping processes, improving efficiency, and leading teams toward measurable results.

You will act as a central link between leadership, departments, and clients, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a clear focus on continuous improvement. This is a high-visibility role where your decisions directly influence business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:
Track KPIs, analyse operational data, and produce clear performance reports for senior leadership.

Team Coordination:
Support and guide operational teams across departments to ensure accountability and productivity.

Strategic Execution:
Translate leadership strategy into actionable operational plans and ensure consistent delivery.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
Act as a central point of coordination between HR, finance, administration, and service delivery teams.

Compliance & Standards:
Ensure operational processes align with internal policies and UK business standards.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5–8+ years in operations, business management, or senior coordination roles, ideally in professional services, recruitment, or business support environments.

Leadership Ability:
Proven experience managing teams or leading operational functions with accountability for outcomes.

Operational Thinking:
Strong ability to structure processes, solve problems, and improve efficiency at scale.

Communication:
Confident communicator able to work with leadership, teams, and stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical Skills:
Comfortable working with performance data, KPIs, and operational reporting tools.

Mindset:
You are proactive, structured, and solutions-focused. You don’t wait for problems—you anticipate and fix them.

Pay: £78,643.45-£102,269.33 per year
