Accounts Administrator
Location: Newtown, Powys
Company: Motor Control Warehouse
Hours: Negotiable (Part-time or Full-time considered)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

About the Role

Motor Control Warehouse is seeking a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team in Newtown, Powys. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking for a flexible role within a growing business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial administration of the company, helping to ensure the smooth running of our accounts function.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase and sales invoices
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with credit control and customer account queries
Preparing financial information and reports as required
Supporting month-end administrative tasks
General office and administrative duties as needed

Skills and ExperienceEssential:

Good organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and confident communication skills

Desirable:

Previous accounts or bookkeeping experience
Experience using Sage 50 accounting software (an advantage but not essential)
Experience working within a warehouse, distribution, or engineering environment
