Part-Time Distribution Support Coordinator

Location: Office Based – Swanwick
Hours: Part-Time 15 hours per week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Fridays

We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual to join our team in a part-time office-based role supporting our distribution department.

This is a key role within the business, helping to coordinate and support a distribution network of over 90 distributors across Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills, and won’t be afraid to pick up the phone and speak with people throughout the day.

About the Role

You will be the main point of contact for our distribution team, ensuring deliveries run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and communication remains clear and professional.

This role requires someone who is highly organised, personable, tech-savvy, and able to build strong relationships with our distributors and wider team, especially as we introduce a brand-new distribution app into the business.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting and coordinating a distribution team of 90+ distributors
Speaking regularly with distributors via phone and email
Handling distribution queries and resolving issues efficiently
Organising distribution rounds and updating records
Assisting with scheduling and general office administration
Monitoring performance and reporting any concerns
Supporting the rollout and ongoing use of a new distribution app
Support with monthly flat plans
Working closely with management to ensure smooth monthly operations

Confident speaking with people and building relationships
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Good computer and administrative skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and apps
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
Able to think on their feet and problem-solve effectively
Previous office, customer service, logistics, or coordination experience would be an advantage
