Full job description

Job Summary: Basec is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the sales function through efficient administration, coordination, and process management. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate sales documentation, ensuring CRM data integrity, and supporting the smooth execution of sales processes from quotation through to delivery. This is a hybrid role within our Milton Keynes office. About the role:

Respond to enquiries promptly in line with company procedures
Support day-to-day commercial and sales operations
Assist with lead tracking, quotations, follow-ups, and CRM (Salesforce) updates
Provide sales admin support to the Commercial Manager
Help prepare performance reports and maintain documentation
Support tenders, bids, and audit activities
Manage sales/enquiries inbox as required
Review quotations for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate lab jobs, monitor lead times, and chase samples/documentation
Maintain data quality and processes within Salesforce
Provide team cover and support travel/accommodation bookings

Do you have what it takes?:

An understanding of sales and order management processes
Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft applications
Good commercial awareness, including pricing and governance processes
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

What can you expect from us in return?:

£30,600 per annum
Generous Annual Leave – Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, hybrid working (Tuesday's and Thursday's in the office however please expect a 2 week training plan initially based in the office).
