This is a full time, permanent position commencing ASAP.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Surveyor to join our busy and dynamic team based across Yeovil and Taunton.

At Greenslade Taylor Hunt, our Commercial Department delivers a comprehensive range of professional services, including Landlord & Tenant negotiations, Private Treaty sales, acquisitions, and lettings. We also provide specialist advice across all aspects of commercial property, development, and investment.

Our team’s strength lies in our in-depth knowledge of the local market across Somerset, Devon, and Dorset, supported by a wealth of experience and a commitment to delivering a personal, responsive, and professional service to our clients.

The role would suit a driven, qualified surveyor with at least two years PQE, who has a can-do attitude and a proven track record. It is a demanding but rewarding role, which will involve a wide range of work across the commercial sector covering a wide variety of town and rural properties.

The Successful Candidate must have;

Experience in a similar role
Exceptional communication skills
MRICS with minimum 2 years PQE.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to seek and win business and develop contacts
Clean driving licence and own car

This will suit a dynamic forward-thinking individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a new and interesting role, with potential for career progression.
