Full job description

Herts Enviro Services (HES) are a nationwide service provider specialising in Water Treatment, Water Hygiene and Plumbing/Mechanical Works.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Thetford. This will be a full time office based role (08.30-16.30 Monday to Friday). As this is new role within a new department in the company, the job description will be varied and will become more definitive once the candidate has begun. It will include the following:

- Answering the telephone

- Filing financial and administrative paperwork

- Booking hotels for engineers who are out on the road

- Organising teams calls

- Ordering uniform, office supplies and PPE for engineers

- Adhoc administrative tasks to aid the company Directors

Experience:

- Experience of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel & Word.

This role will be offered with 22 days holiday, complete shutdown between Christmas and New Year and company pension.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
