Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty treatments, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, delivering personalised services that meet individual client needs. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating a relaxing atmosphere while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, threading, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lashes, and makeup application
Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of equipment and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer innovative services
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries or concerns
Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction

Skills

Proficiency in lash treatments and various beauty therapy techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
Ability to work flexibly within a team as well as independently
A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for enhancing clients’ confidence and well-being
