Our mission is to provide a seamless online car-buying experience through innovation, customer care, and cutting-edge digital tools.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Online Sales Executive to join our growing digital sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in online or telesales. You’ll be responsible for engaging online leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving conversions through our e-commerce and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to online inquiries via email, live chat, and social media and on the phone.
Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and our database.
Advise customers on products, vehicle specifications, financing, and promotions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Update CRM systems with lead and sales data accurately.
Coordinate with dealer partners, customers and aftersales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Stay updated on automotive trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Proven experience in online sales, telesales, or automotive retail (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident using CRM and online sales platforms.
Passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
