Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through targeted outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and experience with CRM software. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales career within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Qualify inbound leads and assess client needs to tailor sales approaches effectively
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information within the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up plans
Assist in organising and participating in virtual or face-to-face meetings with potential clients
Support the creation of customised proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Track and report on outreach activities and lead progress through the sales funnel
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to optimise outreach efforts
Travelling to visit clients and prospects is expected.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
Familiarity with CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Experience in the construction industry

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
