Full job description

Blackminster, Evesham

We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our growing warehouse team. As a family-run business with over 20 years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a supportive, friendly working environment.

This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated, enjoys working as part of a team, and is looking to develop their skills within a well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick fresh produce orders for dispatch.
Load and unload vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Operate manual handling equipment and transport produce safely.
Check incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and reference stock.
Manage stock takes and communicate with customers.

Requirements:

Good level of physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual handling duties. (This role involves regular lifting of produce crates)
Comfortable working in chilled storage environments (temperatures between 1-5°C).
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Previous PPT/forklift experience is advantageous but not essential.
Good communication skills (English speaking, reading and writing skills).
Experience in the fresh produce industry will be recognised.
Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.

Hours:

· Sunday – Thursday working. Variable hours available.

· Sunday shifts at higher rates of pay.
