Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Full & Part Time Time Front Of House Hosts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, responsible for creating a positive first impression for all guests. This role involves managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and a warm demeanour. The position offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality career within a dynamic environment committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing their seating arrangements efficiently
Handling reservations and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Providing excellent guest services, including answering questions about the menu and facilities
Managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette and assisting with booking inquiries
Coordinating with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
Maintaining a clean and organised front of house area to uphold high standards of presentation
Assisting with general administrative tasks as required to support smooth operations

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on friendly customer interaction
Experience in guest services or serving roles is advantageous
Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations can be beneficial
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude
Knowledge of phone etiquette and courteous conversation management is preferred
