Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in office management, data entry, and clerical duties, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage and organise files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date information in databases.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while coordinating logistics as necessary.
Ordering and buying via software.
Support financial processes by using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote productivity within the office environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
Competence in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
