Office Administrator
Burnley
£25,000 – £28,000 per year (DOE)
Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week)

The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales and operations teams. This role is central to keeping our business running smoothly — from processing sales orders to engaging with customers and managing stock movements.

Key Responsibilities

Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system
Calling customers to generate, confirm, and close sales
Raising purchase orders with suppliers
Managing stock movements and supporting stock control
Responding quickly and professionally to customer queries
Working closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams

About You

A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator, especially over the phone
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Previous experience in sales administration, both outbound and inbound sales calls, order processing, or distribution is desirable
