Full job description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Nottingham team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll play an important role in supporting customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive experience throughout every interaction.

Working as part of a collaborative and fast-paced team, you'll receive ongoing training and support while developing valuable skills in communication, customer relations, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Providing professional and efficient support to customers
Responding to customer enquiries and offering appropriate solutions
Building positive relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Supporting customer retention and engagement initiatives
Maintaining accurate customer records and information
Collaborating with colleagues to achieve service and performance objectives
Representing client brands to a consistently high standard
Contributing to a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
