Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing front desk duties, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and previous office experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Manage and organise appointments, meetings, and schedules
Handle correspondence via email, mail, and phone
Maintain filing systems and update databases accurately
Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Support team members with various administrative duties as required
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: From £24,420.00 per year
