Marketing Assistant

Freelance (Part-Time) | Fixed-Term 3-Month Contract | Potential move to full-time in Q4 2026

Remote-first | £18/hr | 15-hours per week

Location: Remote, with ability to attend monthly in-person meetings in Chichester or South London

We're a growing marketing company built on a simple idea: outsourced expertise, in-house feel. We work with B2B and B2C clients across industries, either alongside their in-house teams or acting as their marketing function entirely.

We're at an exciting stage of growth and looking for the right person to grow with us. If you want real variety, genuine responsibility and the chance to be part of building something from the ground up, this would be a great opportunity.

The Role

We're looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join us initially on a part-time freelance basis for a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of moving to a full-time position later in 2026.

This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of the business. You'll be supporting the founder as well as working directly with clients and supporting on marketing strategy and execution.

We're looking for someone organised, with strong communication skills and a real attention to detail. You'll be assisting with content creation, copywriting, design and research - covering both client work and internal projects, with genuine visibility into how a growing business operates.

We'd love someone who is proactive and comfortable working remotely and independently, while being able to travel to Chichester or South London once a month for our in-person working days.

Strong writing skills
Client-facing communication skills
Experience using Canva / design software
Strong understanding of social media channels
Microsoft and Google applications
Notion - prior experience is a bonus but not essential

The Details

Hourly rate: £18/hr

Hours: 15-hours per week

Contract: Freelance fixed-term contract for 3-months, with the potential to move to a full-time role in Q4 2026

Location: Remote-first with one in-person meeting per month (ability to travel to either Chichester or South London)
