Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Barber/Stylist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, build lasting client relationships, and work in a professional environment dedicated to style and grooming excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.

Duties

Deliver professional barbering and hairstyling services, including Any type of skinfade, Mullet, must be good using cutthroat, beard trim Shap up and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on suitable styles must be good skills of English.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the Barbering industry.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained for optimal performance.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and minimise wait times.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist in a professional salon or barbershop environment.
Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and grooming techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and hair fashion.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients and team members. This role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to develop their career within a dynamic setting that values creativity, professionalism, and outstanding service delivery.
