Full job description

Auto Breakers is a busy, fast-moving vehicle recycling and parts business. We’re looking for a sharp, organised Office Administrator to keep the day-to-day operation running properly.

This is not a passive admin role - you’ll be at the centre of the business, dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep everything moving.

The Role

Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and suppliers
Processing orders, invoices, and general paperwork
Coordinating with the yard and wider team to ensure smooth operations
Managing supplier communications and purchase orders
Keeping records accurate and systems up to date
General office admin to support the wider team

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
Confident dealing with customers and suppliers
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive — you spot problems and fix them early
Strong basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, systems)
