About Us

J Mould Reading is a well-established demolition and enabling works contractor with a strong reputation for delivering projects safely, professionally, and efficiently. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit hardworking and reliable Demolition Labourers to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of demolition projects across the South East, with opportunities for training, development, and career progression within the company.

The Role

As a Demolition Labourer, you will support demolition operations on commercial, industrial, and residential sites, working alongside experienced supervisors, operatives, and plant operators.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with soft strip and demolition activities.
Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
Segregating waste and recyclable materials.
Operating hand tools and equipment safely.
Supporting machine operators and demolition teams.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety.
Following site-specific RAMS and company procedures.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally.

Essential Requirements

CCDO Labourer Card or valid CSCS Card.
Previous demolition, construction, or labouring experience.
Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to undertake physically demanding work.

Desirable Qualifications

Asbestos Awareness Certificate.
Face Fit Certificate.
UKATA Training.
CPCS or NPORS qualifications.
Full UK Driving Licence.
