Full job description

Chatham Square Management Company Limited is looking for a reliable and proactive Handy Person / Maintenance Operative to help maintain our residential estate to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance.
Painting and decorating communal areas.
Basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs.
Replace communal lighting.
Repair and adjust doors, locks and door closers.
Keep plant rooms clean and organised.
Jet wash communal areas, gardens and car park.
Complete routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
Maintain accurate records of completed work.
Support the Estate Management and Concierge teams when required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role.
Good all-round DIY and repair skills.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
