Job Description

LRW (London) Limited is looking for a reliable and organised Document Controller to join our team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various common data environments (CDEs), dealing with the day-to-day downloads and uploads, maintain the relevant admin records and supporting the architectural project teams with the information they require.

This role is suitable for someone who is detail-focused, confident with Microsoft Office, and who ideally has previous experience of multiple CDEs such as Procore, Aconex, Asite, and 4P (Viewpoint).

Key Responsibilities

Process daily downloads and uploads to various CDEs as requested.
Maintain organised records of all uploads and downloads
Support the project teams with general admin tasks
Additional support with email filing support will also be expected.

Requirements

Previous admin experience necessary, in particular knowledge and experience of CDEs (Procore and Aconex desirable)
Confident using Outlook, Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
