THE RITZ LONDON OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team for a seasonal role.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London’s 5-star luxury standards. As a Waiter/Waitress, responsibilities also include:

To meet and greet guests upon arrival and departure, not forgetting to use the appropriate form of address (Sir, Lord, Count etc.)
Maintain a positive attitude toward clients, the Rivoli Bar team and other departments
To collect food and drink orders as soon as they are prepared
To ensure that all food and beverages are served to the standard required
To see that guests are enjoying their visit and that service is proceeding at pace

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
