Company Overview

CS Paving & Surfacing is a growing paving, surfacing and grab hire company looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping things organised and helping a business grow.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails
Manage customer enquiries and bookings
Schedule grab lorries and deliveries
Prepare, send and follow up quotations
Update customer records and job schedules
Assist with social media and online reviews
General office administration duties
Input information into CRM systems

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication skills
Confident speaking on the telephone and use email
Well organised and able to multitask
Good computer skills (Word, Excel etc.)
Positive and proactive attitude
Previous administration, sales or customer service experience preferred
Construction industry experience beneficial but not essential
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
