Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior barber to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and barbering, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills. The Senior barber will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling, cutting, colouring, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Offer professional barbering services, including beard trimming and traditional shaves.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied.
Maintain a clean, organised work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing industry.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Skills

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of understanding client needs and providing professional advice.
Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior staff effectively.
Good organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Knowledge of current hair trends, colour techniques, and grooming products is desirable. This role is ideal for a passionate senior stylist looking to advance their career within a dynamic salon environment while delivering top-quality grooming experiences for clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £145.00-£170.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
