Residential Conveyancer – Full Time

Location: Shirebrook Office

PQE: 4+ Years in Residential Conveyancing

We are a well-established high street law firm seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing to join our friendly team in Shirebrook.

This is a full-time, fee-earning role handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters (including sales, purchases, new builds and leaseholds) from instruction through to completion and post-completion. You must be confident in managing your own caseload independently, with minimal supervision, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
Maintaining excellent client care and service standards
Supporting junior staff and undertaking supervisory duties as required
Ensuring accurate use of our case management system

Person Specification:

Minimum of 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
A team player who can also work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
