Financial Services Administrator / Client Manager

We are looking for a highly organised administrator with financial services experience, particularly pensions and investments, to join our growing team in Llandudno as a Client Manager. - Permanent, full-time contract, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Where preferred, consideration will be given to a 4-day working week for candidates that are highly experienced and qualified
The Role
As a Client Manager, you will work closely with our Financial Planners and colleagues to deliver a smooth and consistent client experience, taking ownership of your client relationships and supporting high quality financial planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building long-term client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting and attending client meetings, producing clear notes
- Researching and analysing products and services to meet client needs
- Assisting Financial Planners in developing suitable financial strategies
- Completing annual client reviews and maintaining accurate records
- Using systems such as Analytics, Voyant, Xplan CRM and platforms such as Nucleus, Transact, A J Bell
- Keeping your knowledge up-to-date to ensure we meet regulatory standards and always act in clients’ best interests

About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with the right mindset and behaviours.
You will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in financial services, particularly with pensions and investments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues
- The confidence to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
- A genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client service
You take pride in your work, communicate clearly and always aim to do the right thing.
Candidates studying towards the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) are preferred, but we will consider applicants who are motivated to learn and develop.
