Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse electrical tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications to complete projects accurately.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to carry out electrical work.
Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems meet safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician or similar role within the electrical trade.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc., as well as power tools like drills and saws.
Demonstrable electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring systems, circuit breakers, and electrical codes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance are highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with an organised approach to work tasks.
Valid UK driving licence is preferred for site visits and project mobility. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for qualified electricians eager to apply their skills in a professional setting while ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all projects.
