Summary

We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Best Western Calcot Hotel in Reading. This role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out, reflecting our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
Support team members in daily front desk operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel reception or guest services.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
