Seasonal Sports Staff

Job Description Location: Braywick Leisure Centre, Windsor Leisure Centre
Job Type: Seasonal / Casual (School Holidays)
Hours: 0 Hours (Time sheet based)
Pay: Range from £8 - £10.85 (age dependent)

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Sports Coaches to support the delivery of a variety of sports and activity sessions during school holidays.
This role involves leading fun, engaging, and inclusive sessions across different programmes (including football and other activities), while ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and supervise a range of sports and activity sessions (including but not limited to football).
Adapt sessions to be fun, inclusive, and suitable for all abilities.
Set up and take down equipment before and after sessions.
Maintain a safe environment and follow safeguarding procedures.
Manage groups effectively and promote positive behaviour.
Provide encouragement and support to all participants.

Session Details:

Flexible session timings depending on the activity and programme.
Opportunities available throughout school holidays and half terms.
Additional time may be required for set-up and pack-down.
Casual, zero-hours role offering flexible working patterns.

Requirements:

Experience coaching or working with children (preferred).
Ability to deliver or assist in multiple sports/activities.
Good communication and organisation skills.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
Ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for sport and developing young people.
