Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Booking Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and possess excellent communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an engaging environment where your organisational skills will be vital to our success.

Responsibilities

Manage and update booking schedules accurately across multiple platforms
Respond promptly to booking enquiries via phone, email, or online systems
Confirm reservations with clients and provide necessary information regarding services
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability and resource allocation
Maintain comprehensive records of all bookings and related correspondence
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently
Support team members with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Experience

Prior office experience is preferred, demonstrating strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar programmes
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks undertaken
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
