37.5 hours per week Temporary position 6 months with opportunity to extend

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to join the growing teams at LCV and XLCR. This is a high-volume outbound calling role focused on speaking with existing and previous customers, identifying opportunities, and generating warm leads for our sales teams.

You’ll play a key role in helping customers with their next vehicle journey while supporting the continued growth of both brands.

What will I be doing

· Calling existing customers throughout their contract lifecycle

· Contacting customers approaching contract end dates

· Re-engaging previous customers and identifying renewal opportunities

· Prospecting and identifying potential customer needs

· Passing warm, qualified leads to the sales team

· Updating customer records and notes accurately

· Delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction

· Working towards daily call activity and lead generation targets

What do I need to succeed

· Confident and professional telephone manner

· Positive attitude with lots of enthusiasm and energy

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment

· Excellent communication and listening skills

· Strong customer service focus

· Motivated by targets and team success

· Organised with good attention to detail

· Previous sales, telesales, contact centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
