About Us: Natural Stone Surfaces Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality stone products, committed to excellence in customer service and satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and organised Planning and Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our external operations.

Role Purpose: As a Planning and Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work while liaising with external teams and customers. Your role will involve problem-solving, maintaining efficient work schedules, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and maintain order work schedules to ensure maximum efficiency for external teams.

· Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and address enquiries via phone and email.

· Collaborate with the external support team to provide high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction.

· Provide administrative support to the Head of External Operations.

· Work on computer systems such as Moraware, ensuring data accuracy.

· Maintain departmental filing, scanning, and job satisfaction notes.

Skills and Experience Required:

· Experience in logistics or planning.

· Proven background in customer service with excellent communication skills.

· Proficient in basic office computer software, particularly spreadsheets.

· Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to workload.

· Calm and effective under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.

Personal Attributes:

· A team player with a positive attitude.

· Flexible and prepared to meet challenges head-on.

· Able to work to agreed timescales and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
