We are a local, leading firm of expert solicitors with offices across Norfolk. Specialising in a wide range of legal services we are committed to delivering excellent client care and ensuring all legal matters are treated with the attention and efficiency our clients deserve.

Role Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Secretary to join our head office in central Norwich.

This position is suited to someone who has excellent organisational and audio typing skills. This role is offered on a full or part time, permanent basis.

Audio typing for Private Client Lawyers and other members of the Private Client Department.
Answering and screening incoming calls.
Making calls to assist the Fee Earners with administrative tasks.
Managing and updating Fee Earners calendars and booking meeting rooms for client visits.
Opening and closing client files in line with the firm's procedures.
Sending out initial client paperwork and/or emails.
Performing other clerical secretarial duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning post.

Role Requirements

Previous work experience in a private client secretarial role is essential.
Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and be resourceful.
Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems/procedures.
