Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, supporting team management, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong clerical and organisational skills to contribute to the efficiency of our organisation. The Office Co-ordinator will utilise their experience in office administration, human resources, and supervisory tasks to facilitate a productive working environment.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Manage appointment scheduling, correspondence, and filing systems using programmes such as Microsoft applications and other relevant software
Support human resources functions including onboarding, record keeping, and staff communication
Handle phone enquiries with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent customer service
Assist in team management activities, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining organisational records
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems for easy access to documents and records
Support special projects related to office improvement or organisational development

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a minimum of two years’ experience preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant office software
Knowledge of human resources procedures and practices is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in an administrative or office environment is essential
