An exciting opportunity to join the British Veterinary Receptionist Association team.

The British Veterinary Receptionist Association (BVRA) is looking for an enthusiastic,

hardworking and organised individual to join our team.

This is a varied and rewarding role for someone comfortable working independently, thrives

in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being involved in a wide range of projects.

As a small but ambitious organisation, we are looking for someone who can become an

integral part of our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide support to our members via email and telephone.
Building relationships with our members and practices.
Managing and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Supporting the Directors with diary management and administrative tasks.
Assisting with the scheduling of social media content and content diary.
Producing monthly reports and business updates.
Uploading and maintaining data on our Learning Management System (LMS).
Supporting the delivery of training programmes and member services.
Attending events, meetings and conferences as required.
Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Assisting with project coordination and business development activities.
Helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.

We are seeking someone who is:

Highly organised, reliable, with excellent administrative skills.
Professional attitude and competence to work diligently
A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Positive, flexible, adaptable and solution-focused.
Proactive with a genuine "can-do" attitude.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Competent in using MS Office products and online systems.

Desirable

Previous administrative or customer service experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Knowledge or experience of the veterinary sector is desired but not essential.
A full driving licence and willing to travel (UK).
