Full job description

Overview

We are looking for a confident, friendly and professional Beauty Therapist to join our busy aesthetic clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on treatments and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, helping to grow our facial treatment bookings, and assisting our doctor during laser facial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and providing an outstanding front-of-house experience.
Managing appointments, answering enquiries and assisting with bookings.
Building and promoting our facial treatment diary through excellent consultations and client recommendations.
Performing professional facial treatments to a high standard.
Assisting the doctor during laser facial treatments and ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and maintained.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and infection control.
Recommending suitable skincare products and treatment plans.
Supporting the wider clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Qualified Beauty Therapist (Level 3 preferred).
Friendly, confident and professional with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about skincare, facials and aesthetics.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Organised, reliable and proactive.
Sales-minded with the ability to build client relationships and promote treatments.
Previous experience within an aesthetics or medical clinic is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
