Administrator

- Chapeltown, Sheffield (Office Based - one day p/w WFH)
- Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

At Hickton Quality Control, we’re proud to be the UK’s largest provider of Clerk of Works services, supporting some of the country’s most exciting construction and residential projects.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Chapeltown, Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.

You’ll play an important role in helping our on-site operations run smoothly by supporting our inspectors, clerks of works, and clients throughout projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as a key point of contact for site inspectors and clients
Monitoring inspection reports and ensuring timely submissions
Auditing reports in line with quality assurance guidelines
Coordinating inspections and communicating schedules
Managing project information within our CRM system
Sending instructions to inspectors and clerks of works
Supporting project administration from start to finish
Requesting customer feedback and testimonials
Assisting with KPI reporting and wider team administration

What We’re Looking For:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with colleagues and clients
Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Professional, reliable, and eager to learn

Previous administration experience is desirable, but attitude and organisation are just as important.
