Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards
Oversee the food production process, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
Manage the morning kitchen operations
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely delivery of meals and addressing guest requests professionally

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations

Experience in food production, restaurant service, and hospitality operations
