We’re Hiring 2 Types of Stylists1. Employed Stylist (Build & Grow)

A consistent income + commission structure

To focus on your craft while we help you grow

2. Self-Employed Stylist (Freedom & Scale)

Perfect if you:

Already have clients or want to grow your own brand
Want full control of your pricing, schedule, and services
Are ready to increase your earnings in the right environment

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services
Build strong, loyal relationships with your clients

Earning Potential

Self-Employed

3–4 days fully booked → £500–£900/week
Full column → £2,000–£3,600+/month
£45K+ per year achievable

We actively help you grow your column - this isn’t just “rent a chair and figure it out.”

Employed

Competitive base salary + commission
Clear progression as your client base grows

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 (minimum) or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience delivering high-quality hair services
Confident managing your own clients and consultations
Professional, friendly, and positive approach
