Full job description

AK Rubber & Industrial Supplies Ltd is a growing and dynamic supplier of industrial rubber, sealing, insulation, and engineering solutions. We are looking for a self-motivate motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our team full-time at our Bishop’s Stortford office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders and quotations
Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Supporting the sales team with administrative duties
Maintaining accurate customer and order records
Preparing shipping and export documentation where required
Following up quotations and customer requests
Assisting with general office administration

Skills & Experience Required

Previous administration or sales support experience preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors would be advantageous but not essential

Pay: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
