Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role requires a blend of bartending skills, time management, and a commitment to food safety standards. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Adhere to all food safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the bar area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A commitment to food safety practices and an understanding of relevant regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring customer satisfaction within the restaurant environment.
